Mark your calendars and make plans to attend the next events in our Author/Illustrator Series next Friday and Saturday (June 15th and 16th) — Joseph Bruchac: Storyteller & Writer. Sponsored by Northeastern State University through support from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, these events are free and open to the public.
The author of more than 120 books (for children and adults), Joseph Bruchac has been creating poetry, short stories, novels, anthologies, and music that reflect his Abenaki Indian heritage and Native American traditions for over 30 years. At this program, Mr. Bruchac will discuss Native culture and his books through a combination of storytelling and Native American music.
