Keynotes Announced for SLA 2010!

We are way ahead of the curve on this one . . . the Special Libraries Association has announced the keynote speakers for their 2010 Annual Conference in New Orleans (June 13-16, 2010) at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Starting us off for the opening keynote address will be the fabulous husband-wife duo of James Carville and Mary Matalin.  The closing keynote will be Nicholas Carr, technology guru and author.

The theme for the 2010 conference is “Entering SLA’s Next Century: Let the Good Times Roll!”

Colin Powell to Keynote 2009 SLA Annual Conference!

The Special Libraries Association has announced that former U.S. Secretary of State, General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.), will deliver the keynote address at the Association’s 2009 Annual Conference and Centennial Celebration in Washington, DC, this coming June.
